“Can’t Hide It” Ed Solo Drum And Bass Mix

Rat Records continue to bring the heat with their latest release! Deekline and Hardy Hard combine powers and present to you “Can’t Hide It.” Big chunky breaks, hands in the air piano, synth stabs and a whole load of wompy bass get together with the vocals and have a party in your ears, and everyone’s invited! First up on the remix, Ed Solo turns up the tempo and comes out with something oozing his unmistakable style. He brings the original elements in, throws in some punchy drums of his own, equal parts of fresh wompy and subby bass, gives them a stir, some seasoning and cooks up a delicious DnB dancefloor delight. Jurassik adds his own flavour and turns it into a Future/Jungle Breaks entree, main course and dessert in one. Chopped up Amen breaks and eerie and atmospheric sounds simmer away with the piano riffs, vocals and super sub heavy bass to produce a very tasty dish, best served loud! Inasound come along and really shake things up. Slowing it down, pitching the vocals right down and giving it a bit of a deep house, yet 2 step garage, UK bass feel. The way they combine these different vibes into one cohesive roller is very impressive and can’t be overlooked by lovers of things deep and groovy. Eklektik Mindz’ take on it is a more of a traditional house one. Beautifully clean bouncy bass and a more melodic approach take it to a different level altogether, resulting in something accessible, classic, and timeless. Si-Dog add their ‘Triple Dog Dare Remix’ to finish off this well rounded release, giving it a party breaks vibe that then breaks into dubstep and builds back up into big wompy floor destroying breaks again.
